Preparation before operation
1. Check whether the machine parts are loose and whether the pneumatic components leak
2. Test run the machine and check whether it works normally and whether there is abnormal sound
3. Turn on the power and check whether the power indication is normal and whether the machine is leaking
4. Confirm whether the wire cut is consistent with that specified in the operation instruction
2、 Operation details
1. Turn on the power and pull the material to the right of the blade through the wire feeding wheel
2. Set the required specifications (change according to different item numbers)
3. First cut out one or two pieces for measurement. Check whether there is broken wire
4. Press the "start" key after setting
5. After QC inspection, the first wire is cut to meet the production quality, press "start" to start the production operation. If there is any abnormal situation in the production process, press the emergency stop button immediately, and report to the shift (Group) leader or machine repair immediately.
6. After cutting, shut down the machine, clean the machine with air gun, maintain it well, and do "5S" work at the workplace.
3、 Precautions
1. The wire cutting machine must be operated by trained personnel. The operators should be familiar with the general performance and structure of the machine, and master the prevention, judgment and emergency treatment measures of equipment failure.
2. When leaving the machine in the production process, the machine should be suspended, so that people can leave the machine and stop.
3. During the operation of the machine, do not put your fingers close to the tool holder and chuck to prevent injury.
4. Stop the machine immediately in case of fault, cut off the power supply in case of circuit short circuit, smoke and leakage, and start the machine after troubleshooting. The equipment shall not be overloaded with fault.
